Standard shipping is $5.99 when the discounted merchandise subtotal is below $50, and free at $50 or more. Expedited shipping is $7.99. All amounts are USD.

Allow 5–10 business days for processing, plus 10–15 business days after dispatch for standard transit: approximately 15–25 business days in total. Estimates are not guaranteed dates; weekends, holidays and delays can extend them. Expedited shipping has no guaranteed arrival date.

Use the tracking link in your dispatch email when available. If you need help finding it, email service@solavety.com with your order number.

Email us as soon as possible. We can review changes before dispatch, but cannot guarantee changes once fulfillment has begun.

Request a return within 30 days of receipt. Items should be unused, in their original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase, except where a defect or mandatory legal right applies. Email before returning.

We inspect returned goods and process an approved refund within 10 business days of receipt, to the original payment method. Your bank may need additional time.
